What we collect
Only what you give us to book a table or join the newsletter: for a reservation, your name, email, optional phone number, the date, time and party size; for the newsletter, your email and optional name. We record the table we assign and every change you make to a booking.
Why
To hold your table, to let you change or cancel it, and — only if you subscribed — to send you our newsletter. We never sell or share your information, and we use no advertising or analytics trackers.
How long
Reservation records are kept for 13 months after the date of the booking, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, and deleted within 30 days after.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time on our Unsubscribe page. You can view, change or cancel a reservation with its confirmation code. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call us on (202) 555-4567. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the right to know, correct and delete their personal information; we honour those requests for everyone.
Cookies
We set no cookies unless you sign in, in which case we set one strictly necessary session cookie.
Commercial email
Our newsletter follows the CAN-SPAM Act: it identifies us, includes our postal address and a working unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribes promptly.

None. We use no advertising or analytics trackers and make no third-party requests from the site.
One strictly necessary session cookie if you sign in (Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax). No cookies otherwise.
